Paragon Wins 2 of 3 Awards at the SRA Shopping Centre Awards 2008

Singapore, 30 October 2008 The Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) Shopping Centre Scorecard 2008 results are out - retailers have given Paragon the highest average rating among all the shopping centres in Singapore.

Paragon was presented with two awards - Outstanding Efforts in Advertising & Promotions and Mall Maintenance, at the SRA Ball 2008 this evening at Raffles City Convention Centre.

The SRA Shopping Centre Scorecard is part of an annual initiative that allows retailers to rate shopping centres, where they are tenants at, in 3 categories:
• Outstanding efforts in Advertising and Promotion
• Outstanding efforts in Mall Maintenance
• Outstanding efforts in Tenants Relationship

It helps to provide a good benchmark for shopping centres to assess themselves and to improve and work on the above areas where necessary.

Mrs Linda Kwan, General Manager of Paragon, said: "We are extremely proud and happy to win 2 out the 3 awards again this year. This is the third year running that Paragon has been honoured at the SRA Shopping Centre Awards. The Orchard Road mall, which is owned and managed by Singapore Press Holdings, received Outstanding Efforts in Mall Maintenance in 2006 and Outstanding Efforts in Advertising & Promotions and Tenants Relationship in 2007.
